When user reviews are enabled, we intend to:
- prioritize feedback with genuine transaction context;
- publish clear review guidelines (eligibility, conflicts of interest, prohibited content);
- allow claimed professionals to respond to reviews;
- moderate fraud, impersonation, illegal content, and clear policy violations using consistent criteria; and
- not remove honest feedback solely because it is negative.
