Product
A research destination for private hard money lenders and private money brokers. Guides and ranking-category pages are live. Structured scores, client reviews, and searchable claimed profiles are coming.
Real estate investors and operators researching private capital; private lenders and private money / hard money brokers who will eventually have a public reputation surface.
Profiles will clearly indicate role. Lenders typically fund or underwrite capital directly. Brokers source, package, and introduce deals or capital. Both will be able to receive reviews for the part of the transaction they owned once reviews open.
Today we publish research and ranking-category structure. The product we are building adds reputation signals: rating dimensions, written reviews, comparison views, and professional responses — not just a phone number and logo.
Not yet. Claimed profiles, responses to reviews, and richer firm details are planned so lenders and brokers can present their side of the story. Until that flow ships, there is no claim page — use Contact if you need to reach us.
Reviews & fairness
When reviews open: borrowers, operators, and other participants with genuine transaction context. Exact verification rules and conflict-of-interest policies will be published with the review guidelines before open review submission.
We will not remove honest feedback solely because it is negative. Once claims are live, professionals will be able to respond. Fraud, harassment, illegal content, and clear guideline violations may be moderated under content-neutral rules. See Disclosures for our review non-suppression commitments.
No. We will not suppress reviews based only on rating or negative sentiment while implying the public feed is complete, and we will not use review gating. Details are in Disclosures under Review suppression.
No. Paid or featured placement, if any, will be clearly labeled and kept separate from organic ratings and ranks. Credibility is the product.
Professional-to-professional feedback may be supported later with clear labels and conflict rules so the primary signal remains borrower and operator experience on the deal.
Using the platform
Ordered lists are not live yet. Ranking category pages (by state, loan type, professional type, and asset type) are up; most still say Coming soon until we have enough reputation data. Today: read the guides, browse ranking categories, and use the disclosures. If you are shopping a flip, start with the fix-and-flip guide. If the asset is in Florida, start with hard money loans Florida; for Central Florida specifically, Orlando hard money loans. If it is in Texas, start with hard money loans Texas. If it is in L.A. County, start with hard money loans Los Angeles. When ratings and reviews are live, use those signals plus profile details to shortlist. Rankings and reviews will be informational only.
No. Reviews are one input. You still need to underwrite the capital source, docs, and deal economics. Our job is to make reputation less opaque.
